ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the United States, and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario residents who are 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsors as well as Facebook are not eligible to participate. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions. Limit one entry per person per week, regardless of entry method. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules (“Rules”).

ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins June 24, 2016, AT 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends July 25, 2016, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, eligible participants must submit an official entry form with completed contact information at Sponsor-selected events, touch-screens or online at wyndhamvopromotions.com/mytravelside.

PRIZE: There will be one grand prize winner per Brand Facebook page for a total of two (2) grand prize winners. Each grand prize Winner will receive one (1) GoPro HERO4 Black, based on supplies and availability. Total retail value of the grand prize is $499 USD.Four (4) secondary prize Winners from each branded page, for a total of eight (8) winners will receive an olloclip® 4-in-1 Lens for iPhone 6/6s and 6/6s Plus Black/Black. The retail value of the olloclip is $79 USD. In the event the winner does not have an iPhone, they will receive one (1) $79 American Express Reward Card. The American Express® Reward Card can be used at any merchant that accept American Express® Cards. Subject to applicable law, funds expire at least 3 months from the date received. No ATM cash withdrawal. Some limitations apply, including restriction on use at cruise lines or for recurring billing. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details. Card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. This Card is issued pursuant to a loyalty, reward or other promotional program. American Express is not a sponsor of this promotion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize or a portion of the prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or a portion of the advertised prize becomes unavailable. WINNING: Winners will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries received by Sponsors on or about July 26, 2016, at their Corporate Office. Winner(s) do not need to be present to win. Official notice to Winner(s) will be sent by traceable method of delivery, return receipt requested. Canadian Law requires that residents of Canada answer a skill-testing question correctly prior to receipt of the prize. This question shall be included within the official notice of prize winnings. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsors for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. This must be notarized.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize(s) depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL RULES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS: Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of Prize(s) or participation in this Sweepstakes.
